Here are the plans that I have published in the past. If you are looking for a kit, I would reach out to Shane at Central Hobbies. Jerry and I have given him everything he needs to produce kits. In the past I know they have made some for their local group. Perhaps you could convince him to give up a kit.
I'm pretty sure I have a kit from the original run that I got from Jerry some time ago. I will try to remember to dig it out this evening when I get home. This kit was one of the foam core wing kits with the laser cut parts, but no balsa.

Who built the EF-1 Lil Toni that you have, I'm looking for someone to build a Lil Toni for me.
I built the stuff for myself. AND... Sorry, NO, I cannot build you one. Seriously, reach out to Shane and see if he is willing or if he knows of someone who is.
Dan,
The EF-1 Lil Toni you built for the Nats. last year, who supplied the kit? Was it Shane from Central Hobbies?
My mistake, I thought someone built and covered the Lil Toni for you.

I scratch built it using my plans, (Jerry Small and I designed the airplane).
Shane has the same plans and has been building Toni's for a couple of years now. However, I am not sure if he builds for other people or not.
Sorry, I forgot to look for the Toni kit. I have set a reminder to check for it this evening when I get home.
As far as contents, what I remember is all of the laser cut parts, plastic, and glass parts for the fuse, and the foam cores, but it has been a couple of years since I got it from Jerry.
I do have the Toni kit. It has all of the laser cut parts for the fuse, the foam cores, the vacu formed plastic turtle deck and canopy, and the glass cowl. There aren't any wheel pants, but those should be easy to come by. I'll send you a pm with further info.
